Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you received a package that has missing items in your order, please contact us directly and we will be happy to issue a credit or replacement. 

If packet is damaged the product is still safe to consume and does not qualify for a refund or replacement. KONKOCT does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Missing Deliveries

In the event of a missing delivery, please allow up to 24 hours after the carrier marks your package as "delivered," as it may still be in transit. If your delivery does not arrive within the timeframe, contact us and we will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
