Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand or promotional sales, processing times may be extended slightly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $5.99 or Free on orders $100+

Expedited Shipping (1–3 Business Days): $9.99
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, order volume, and carrier delays outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment via the carrier's website.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at konnect@konkoct.com.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives late, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer replacements or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. KONKOCT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
